Cnoc Eoghainn Holiday Cottage Highland Perthshire

Welcome to Cnoc Eoghainn, a self-catering cottage in the Highlands of Scotland – come on in and have a look, we hope you enjoy your visit!

Located on the edge of Kinloch Rannoch village in Highland Perthshire and yards away from stunning Loch Rannoch, our cottage has great views of the surrounding scenery whilst being a short walk from plenty of local amenities.  This makes it ideal for an action-packed outdoor holiday, a week’s nature-spotting or even just relaxing in the garden and by the log fire!

Just outside Cairngorm National Park and 20 miles from Pitlochry, Rannoch has the same mountain scenery, crystal clear lochs, ancient pine woods and foot/cycle paths as our better-known neighbour, but with the advantage that the only thing you will meet on your travels will be the wildlife; apart from red squirrels, deer, woodpeckers and birds of prey, you may also spot the elusive European Beaver on the river banks outside the village.

Due to it’s location away from cities, Highland Perthshire is an excellent place to come and stargaze - good spots nearby to view the ‘dark skies’ are the Black Wood of Rannoch and Rannoch Moor.  We love to come in the Autumn, when the nights start to get crisp and the mountainsides are ablaze with colour!
